1. Custom Orders
All of our urns are custom-made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. Once your order is placed, we will begin the production process, which may involve sourcing materials, custom fabrication, and, if requested, powder coating.
We reserve the right to modify or update the design based on material availability, production constraints, or safety concerns, but will contact you for approval before proceeding with any major changes.
2. Order Completion & Timeline
The time required to complete your order depends on several factors, including:
- Availability of materials
- Quantity of urns ordered
- Powder coating or other finishing processes
Upon placing your order, we will contact you with an estimated completion date. This date may vary based on the factors mentioned above, and we will keep you updated if any changes to the timeline occur.
3. Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount for the urn, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received in full.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Once your urn is completed, we will ship it to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order. For local customers, we offer the option for local pickup or local delivery.
Hanks’ Welding and Professional Services not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, and we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct, as we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Since all urns are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds once production has begun. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before work begins.
If there is an issue with the final product, such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your urn. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or repair.
6. Warranty & Liability
We take great pride in the quality of our products. All urns are handmade and inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. However, due to the nature of custom-made items, we cannot offer a traditional warranty.
Hanks’ Welding and Professional Services is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling, neglect, or improper use of the urn. We also disclaim any liability for damage that occurs during shipping, though we will assist with claims and replacements as needed.
7. Privacy & Security
