How to Place an Order

You have two options when ordering an urn from us:

1. Choose a Pre-Made Design
   Browse our selection of beautifully crafted urns available on our website. Each piece is designed with thoughtful detail and quality materials. If one of these designs resonates with you, simply place your order online, and we’ll prepare it for you. You can also choose to personalize the urn with a specific finish or other small custom touches.

2. Create a Custom Urn
   If you have a vision that isn't currently offered on our website, don’t worry! We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind urns, and we’d love to discuss your ideas. Whether it's a specific design, size, or unique finish, we’ll work with you to craft an urn that perfectly represents your loved one. Our team is ready to discuss your custom request and explore how we can bring your concept to life.

How the Custom Order Process Works

• Select the Size: Choose the appropriate size for the urn based on the deceased's weight or the amount of ashes. Typically, 1 cubic inch of space is needed per pound of body weight.

• Pick the Base Color: Select the primary color for the urn. Options might include various shades, like classic black, soft ivory, deep blue, or custom finishes.
