Because each urn is custom made to order, all sales are final. We will contact you to confirm your order before making the urn to ensure it is what you want.

If your urn arrives damaged; please contact us within 5 days of delivery, provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will repair, or remake the item. Shipping costs will apply.
